Description

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan for SMB and Commercial accounts across ANZ and the broader APAC region.
  • Identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting, partner-sourced leads, and inbound demand.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers across IT, operations, and finance, including Public Sector verticals.
  • Understand prospect goals, pain points, and buying criteria, and position Vasion's platform accordingly.
  • Run product demonstrations and value-based conversations to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with APAC channel partners, including resellers, MSPs, and distributors, to source and close deals.
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver a strong buying experience.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting in Salesforce and use Outreach, Gong, and related tools to drive productivity.
  • Manage the procurement process from quote to close and support smooth handover into onboarding and delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while continuously building product and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology, or a related sector.
  • Experience with full-cycle selling, including prospecting, discovery, demo coordination, negotiation, and close.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working across diverse, multi-country APAC markets and understanding regional business culture and buying behavior.
  • Channel-savvy and comfortable co-selling with partners and progressing channel-influenced pipeline.
  • Commercially aware, resilient, and motivated to learn complex sales processes.
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset with an extreme ownership approach to the territory.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce or a similar CRM and working in a data-driven pipeline environment.
  • Willingness to travel across APAC up to 25% for customer, partner, and industry event meetings.
  • Degree educated in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline preferred but not essential.
  • Experience selling into Public Sector accounts or familiarity with print, document management, or workflow automation is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of consultative selling, qualification frameworks such as MEDDPIC, pipeline management, presentation, negotiation, channel co-selling, and stakeholder management.
