Description

  • Run end-to-end deal execution including prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Build pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, events, partnerships, and personal network leverage.
  • Navigate complex buying committees across IT, procurement, finance, and other stakeholders in enterprise and public-sector organizations.
  • Land net-new logos across higher education, healthcare, and adjacent verticals.
  • Use AI tools and automation to increase outbound volume, personalize outreach, and streamline sales workflows.
  • Build AI-powered workflows for prospecting, call preparation, follow-up sequencing, and analysis of customer conversations.
  • Refine ICP, positioning, and talk tracks based on in-market conversion data.
  • Capture buyer feedback and partner with product and engineering to influence the roadmap.
  • Document what works to help future hires ramp faster and support team scaling.

Requirements

  • 4–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle closing responsibility.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline and close deals, not just manage inbound leads.
  • Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
  • Active, demonstrated use of AI tools in a sales workflow.
  • Builder mindset with high ownership, structured execution, and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Experience in higher education, public sector, healthcare, or other regulated environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITAM, SAM, or procurement/vendor management concepts (preferred).
  • Experience launching a new product or building a go-to-market motion from scratch (preferred).
  • Partner or channel experience with associations, consultants, or resellers (preferred).
