Description

  • Create Salesforce technical solution designs for client projects.
  • Develop Salesforce functionality using declarative and programmatic approaches to meet business requirements.
  • Estimate effort and scope for assigned work.
  • Work closely with the scrum team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build integrations using best-practice integration patterns.
  • Review peers’ work and provide feedback.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the team.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience working with the Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.
  • Experience developing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience with release management and CI/CD tooling.
  • Experience with testing and debugging.
  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • B2B Commerce Cloud experience is advantageous.
  • Platform Developer 1, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud certifications are required; additional certifications are welcome.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Business, IT, or technology-related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Freelance engagement availability through October 2026, with possible extension or long-term opportunity depending on business needs and fit.
