Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers each day.
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Trellis’ products, value propositions, and target markets.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and activity in the CRM, including HubSpot.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline generation goals.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and prospecting strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, legal tech innovations, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in an outbound sales or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or legal markets.
  • Proven success and comfort with cold calling as a primary activity.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of drive and resilience.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and embrace feedback.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.

Benefits
