Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Intelligence Community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior government stakeholders at the GS-13+ level and above.
  • Represent MetroStar’s solutions and digital services at industry groups, conferences, and events.
  • Participate in and support responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Provide weekly reporting and analysis on the business development pipeline.
  • Pitch new deals and growth strategies to strengthen pipeline performance.
  • Serve as a liaison for memberships and event participation.
  • Collaborate across Operations, Capture, Solution, and other teams to drive company growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Established executive-level relationships across the Intelligence Community, including DIA, NGA, NRO, and adjacent agencies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies that position the company to win high-value opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading strategic pipelines from opportunity identification through qualification, shaping, and award.
  • Deep understanding of IC missions, organizational structures, procurement dynamics, and evolving priorities.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including key players, contract vehicles, funding streams, and on-contract positioning strategies.
  • Track record of capturing and closing large, complex deals greater than $50M.
  • Experience leading capture efforts, shaping requirements, and driving win strategies.
  • Fluency in technology domains such as Enterprise IT, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and data-centric solutions.
  • Data-driven, strategic approach to pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and win execution.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $184,000 to $276,000.
