Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first call through signed contract, including outbound and SDR-sourced opportunities.
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, pilots, security reviews, and closing conversations with enterprise healthcare prospects.
  • Sell to practice administrators, COOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders while building multi-threaded champion networks.
  • Assess call volume, scheduling workflows, and staffing pain points and quantify the ROI for each practice.
  • Deliver demos that showcase live AI agents handling real practice call scenarios.
  • Partner with implementation to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer launches.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reliable forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Help refine the enterprise sales playbook and mentor future AEs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B healthcare SaaS, preferably selling to specialty physician practices.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota on six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder deals with 3–6 month sales cycles.
  • Strong discovery, demo, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% for client on-sites and industry conferences.
  • Experience selling AI-driven or automation products is preferred.
  • Experience handling clinical or compliance objections, including HIPAA and patient experience concerns, is preferred.
  • Early-stage or high-growth startup experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in the US, with a hybrid option in Birmingham, AL for local candidates.
