Description

  • Engage in direct sales with active and prospective resellers, partners, and end customers.
  • Make cold and warm calls to identify and develop channel opportunities.
  • Deliver online and in-person presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth.
  • Support research, lead generation, and client onboarding efforts.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform sales strategy.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with quoting, prospecting, trade show execution, and follow-up.
  • Manage lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and forecasting within the territory sales process.
  • Analyze sales data in CRM tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and report KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales and product objectives by leveraging TP-Link’s solutions and value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related inside sales experience.
  • Background in networking technologies.
  • Understanding of the two-tiered distribution business model and sales channels.
  • Experience using contact management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Must live in one of the following states: NY, VT, ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, PA, WV, VA, NJ, DE, TN, NC, GA, SC, AR, LA, MS, AL, or FL.

Benefits

  • $50,000-$65,000 base compensation plus monthly sales commissions.
  • Hourly rate equivalent of $28-$38/hour with uncapped commission potential.
  • Total on-target earnings structured as 60% base pay and 40% variable compensation, with upside for overperformance.
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with partial premium coverage for dependents.
