Description

  • Serve as the customer’s primary relationship manager and point of contact from purchase through onboarding.
  • Partner with restaurant owners during the go-live phase to build onboarding plans that meet timeline and budget goals.
  • Enable restaurant owners and staff to use Toast effectively for daily operations, including labor, food costs, table turn time, and guest relationships.
  • Conduct remote site assessments to determine client networking needs before installation and communicate requirements to project resources.
  • Document Toast POS installations remotely and note any deviations from best-practice project design.
  • Create and lead onboarding training for restaurant staff on configured Toast workflows and operational efficiencies.
  • Manage multiple onboarding engagements at once, including large regional books of business of 80+ restaurants.
  • Provide remote go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and follow up with additional training as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant GM.
  • Experience succeeding independently while navigating competing priorities in a changing environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
  • 1+ years of experience using POS software, ideally in the service industry, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, preferred.
  • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company, preferred.
  • Training, teaching, or development experience, preferred.
  • Ability to start on June 15th, 2026.
  • Completion of a 3-week intensive bootcamp and a 90-day guided ramp-up period.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $70,000-$80,000 in Zone A, $60,000-$70,000 in Zone B, or $55,000-$65,000 in Zone C.
  • Additional cash compensation may include overtime and bonus/commissions if eligible.
