Description

  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
  • Implement customer solutions on the usage-based billing platform, including configuration and integration work.
  • Support customers through testing, go-live, and post-launch activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues during unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams to deliver successful implementations.
  • Coordinate UAT cycles with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Document requirements, solution designs, and operational procedures.
  • Support knowledge transfer and handoff to ongoing support teams.
  • Use automation, configuration-as-code, and AI tools to improve delivery timelines and migration workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical or customer-facing implementation role.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting customer requirements and translating them into solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of SDLC and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and system integrations.
  • Ability to deploy solutions involving configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Experience supporting customers through go-live and post-launch activities.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus points for experience with billing platforms, fintech, IoT, telecommunications, APIs, cloud environments, SaaS platforms, and implementation automation tools.
