Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers on integration services.
Provide responsive troubleshooting and resolution for data integration issues.
Proactively monitor systems to ensure integrations run on schedule and issues are addressed before they affect educational activities.
Conduct customer check-in sessions to identify upcoming system changes and build forward-looking integration plans.
Maintain detailed knowledge of Renaissance products, rostering requirements, and reporting data structures.
Stay current on platform updates through ongoing training and deployment review.
Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements for internal teams.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customer integration solutions on time.
Research, strategize, and resolve customer scenarios based on customer needs and company priorities.

Requirements

Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in a relevant technical area, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3+ years of customer service experience, including Renaissance customer service, support, and/or training.
Preferred experience in the education industry.
Knowledge of data integration methods, SIS software vendors, and data providers such as Clever.
Fundamental SQL skills for basic data querying.
Knowledge of data security best practices.
Proficiency with Excel.
Ability to explain technical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical comfort.
Ability to problem-solve resourcefully with little to no direction.
Strong time management skills and ability to complete and document assignments properly.
Ability to handle escalations or urgent items as assigned.
Ability to work effectively during high-volume periods such as back-to-school and end of term.

Salary range of $46,400 to $63,750 USD.
