Description

  • Assess learning needs and design programs to address learning and behavior change gaps.
  • Partner with leadership and team members to identify work situations requiring training.
  • Create and execute change management plans for policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies.
  • Develop training materials such as handbooks, eLearning modules, demonstrations, multimedia aids, tutorials, and workshops.
  • Use AI tools and emerging learning technologies to improve content creation and scale learning delivery.
  • Develop and deliver internal communications for new initiatives, pilots, and product launches.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging that supports understanding and adoption.
  • Participate in check-ins with project team members and trainees to measure progress and training effectiveness.
  • Interpret technical data, processes, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Travel to auction sites 10–15% of the time to observe operations and support training delivery.
  • Drive program management for training and communications initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution preferred.
  • 1-3 years of training, adult learning, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Excellent written, oral, facilitation, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, time-critical environment.
  • Strong organization, project management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all departments and employee levels.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and ambiguity-handling skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, and training delivery platforms.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
