Description

  • Own and run new hire onboarding programs for AEs, BDRs, and SEs.
  • Develop and maintain qualification playbooks, discovery frameworks, competitive battle cards, and objection handlers.
  • Design and deliver recurring training sessions tied to skill gaps, product updates, and competitive changes.
  • Define and track enablement metrics that reflect behavior change and rep readiness.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align the enablement roadmap with business priorities.
  • Support the full GTM team with role-specific content and skills development across sales stages.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in sales enablement, sales training, or a GTM-facing role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience building and measuring enablement programs for enterprise sales teams.
  • Proficiency with enablement tools such as Highspot, Seismic, Gong, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification methodology required.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Legal tech or professional services domain experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and discovery methodology.
  • Ability to create content that reps actually use in the field.
  • Understanding of adult learning methodology and behavior-change training.
