Description

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and addressing the unique needs of HOAs and property management companies and cross-selling Deposit, Treasury Management, and Online Banking products.
  • Proactively generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, and referrals and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline with real-time CRM updates.
  • Craft customized sales proposals, perform cost/benefit analyses, and develop pricing strategies to optimize margins.
  • Provide consultative pre-sale and post-sale support, handling inbound inquiries, training requests, and ongoing client service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with clients, peers, and management and uphold high standards of work quality, attendance, and appearance.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and product knowledge related to the bank’s suite of services.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal banking regulations and internal policies governing financial services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support product delivery and client onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Deposit and Treasury Management Sales or related fields.
  • Knowledge of state and federal banking regulations, operational policies, and bank products and services.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in non-standardized situations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to perform outbound prospecting activities (cold calls) and manage pipeline activity.
