Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting to provide accurate business insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Negotiate and close large, complex deals with key accounts.
  • Participate in sales-related budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and executive management to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in BPO, technology-enabled services, or digital transformation industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and accurately forecast sales pipelines.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
