Description

  • Evaluate and implement playbooks and systems that support a high-growth sales team.
  • Test and refine growth and acquisition strategies using data, segment-specific value drivers, and messaging.
  • Develop internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to increase revenue opportunities and improve deal progression.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a team of high-performing Account Executives and leaders.
  • Create scalable, data-driven processes that help the team and company achieve goals.
  • Own selling to both existing customers and net new customers.
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business scales.
  • Lead team efforts to engage, expand, and retain a rapidly growing customer base.
  • Report to the VP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Prior experience leading both managers and Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Demonstrated experience building successful, collaborative, hard-working sales teams.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed goals.
  • 1+ years of experience in second-line leadership within a B2B SaaS company, preferred.
  • Additional years of management experience within a SaaS company, preferred.
  • Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience, preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving environment, preferred.
  • Experience with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodology, preferred.
  • This is a full-time role that can be based in one of Figma’s U.S. hubs or remotely in the United States.
  • Candidates must keep cameras on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.
