Description

  • Build and execute enterprise account plans using proactive research, outbound prospecting, and strategic demand generation.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from first outreach through qualification, discovery, demo, solution design, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and close.
  • Drive multi-threaded conversations across digital, marketing, commerce, innovation, and IT stakeholders.
  • Sell a complex SaaS platform by understanding customer challenges and aligning Firework solutions to business outcomes.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to support successful integrations and long-term customer impact.
  • Provide product and go-to-market feedback to inform product innovation and roadmap development.
  • Track revenue, pipeline health, and sales activity KPIs and adjust strategy based on insights.
  • Travel to client meetings, workshops, and industry events as needed, with 30-40% expected travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or platform sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Proven hunter mindset with strong experience in outbound prospecting and enterprise demand generation.
  • Experience building and closing a robust pipeline of high-value contracts and complex deals.
  • Strong solution-based selling skills for multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Ability and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Start-up mentality with a team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and no-ego approach.
  • E-commerce, martech, or digital customer experience experience is preferred.
  • Remote candidates must be based in New York State.

  • Estimated base pay range of approximately $110K-$130K.
