Description

  • Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecast process.
  • Maintain and enhance integrated financial models for the P&L and cash flow, with balance sheet exposure preferred.
  • Prepare annual budget materials and support board-level presentation deliverables.
  • Build driver-based models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
  • Deliver monthly forecast updates using actuals, headcount, operating expenses, and revenue projections.
  • Track and analyze recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, bookings, churn, and retention.
  • Support revenue forecasting in partnership with Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analyses.
  • Build executive dashboards and board-ready financial summaries.
  • Coordinate data alignment between finance and CRM systems and improve reporting processes.
  • Partner with department heads to align budgets with business priorities and improve cost efficiency and margin performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience in a high-growth or subscription/recurring revenue environment.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience preparing management-level, executive-level, or board reporting.
  • Understanding of subscription revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, high-accountability environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
