Description

Lead the annual operating plan and rolling forecast process.
Maintain and enhance integrated financial models for the P&L and cash flow, with balance sheet exposure preferred.
Prepare annual budget materials and support board-level presentation deliverables.
Build driver-based models and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
Deliver monthly forecast updates using actuals, headcount, operating expenses, and revenue projections.
Track and analyze recurring revenue metrics such as ARR, bookings, churn, and retention.
Support revenue forecasting in partnership with Sales and Revenue teams.
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analyses.
Build executive dashboards and board-ready financial summaries.
Coordinate data alignment between finance and CRM systems and improve reporting processes.
Partner with department heads to align budgets with business priorities and improve cost efficiency and margin performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
5 to 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
Experience in a high-growth or subscription/recurring revenue environment.
Experience in SaaS or technology companies preferred.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
Experience preparing management-level, executive-level, or board reporting.
Understanding of subscription revenue metrics such as ARR, MRR, and revenue forecasting.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a lean, high-accountability environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
