Description

  • Analyze strategic questions involving AI costs and ROI, market opportunities, products, pricing, packaging, and investments.
  • Own forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and driver-based financial models.
  • Improve Finance data quality, systems connectivity, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Analyze business performance, define key metrics, and develop reporting and operating cadences.
  • Manage procurement processes, vendor evaluations, renewals, benchmarking, negotiations, and spend optimization.
  • Independently lead cross-functional workstreams and translate ambiguous problems into recommendations for senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or similar analytical roles.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company is strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, apply sound business judgment, and develop clear recommendations.
  • Strong ownership, organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • Interest in AI, automation, systems, and process improvement; comfort working directly with data.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is preferred.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to present executive-ready analysis.
  • Eligible U.S. work permit required.

  • Base salary of $150,000–$180,000, plus competitive equity and benefits.
