Description

  • Build the affiliate program into a meaningful revenue channel by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates across multiple partner types.
  • Negotiate commercial deal structures, including rev-share, CPA, hybrid models, cookie windows, payout schedules, and reporting cadence.
  • Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams on landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch timing.
  • Monitor affiliate activity for fraud and abuse, including cookie stuffing, self-referrals, multi-accounting, and blow-up farming, and remove bad actors quickly.
  • Keep affiliate messaging and geo-targeting compliant in a regulated, grey-zone trading environment.
  • Drive customer acquisition cost down while increasing attributable revenue month over month.
  • Draft partner communications, contracts, and dispute responses as part of day-to-day partner management.
  • Work closely with engineering when attribution, postback, or S2S tracking changes are needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience running affiliate marketing as the program owner, not just as an execution role.
  • Experience building or managing affiliate programs in web2, SaaS, fintech, online gambling, sports betting, forex/CFD brokerage, crypto exchanges, or similar scaled environments.
  • Strong numerical fluency with LTV, CAC, payback period, blended ROI, and attribution windows.
  • Ability to read SQL-style reports and identify the key lever to improve performance.
  • Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA deals and understanding market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one tracking platform such as Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, or a custom-built system.
  • Fluent written English for partner communications, contracts, and dispute handling.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships in the trading, prop-firm, or brokerage affiliate ecosystem.
  • Preferred: Experience with crypto payouts such as USDC and on-chain payment rails.
  • Preferred: Experience working with engineering on attribution, postback, or S2S tracking specifications.
  • Preferred: Comfort using X, Discord, and Telegram to manage partner relationships.
  • Must apply via the company's API using a POST request with the requested application fields.
