Description

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing reseller and distribution partners across UK&I and EMEA.
  • Drive joint business plans, enablement initiatives, and pipeline development to meet territory growth targets.
  • Collaborate with partners on co-selling, presentations, events, and training sessions to engage end users.
  • Strengthen partner capability through education, marketing collaboration, and strategic planning.
  • Represent FireMon at trade shows, partner summits, and other key industry events.
  • Gather market and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and partner strategy.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to exceed monthly and quarterly booking goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in channel or territory management within cybersecurity or network security software.
  • Established relationships with distributors such as Exclusive Networks are preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of building trusted, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork and partner success.
