Description

  • Own outbound pipeline generation and prospect enterprise accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, video messages, and voicemail drops.
  • Follow up on GTM campaign-sourced leads within 24 hours, conduct light discovery, and secure qualified meetings.
  • Qualify booked meetings against fit and intent criteria to protect account executive calendars.
  • Research and enrich accounts, log intent signals, and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce.
  • Use sales tools such as Outreach, Apollo, Clay, and AI tools for personalization and research.
  • A/B test subject lines, call openers, and channel mix to improve outbound performance.
  • Document successful tactics and contribute to the SDR playbook.
  • Meet regularly with sales and GTM teams to improve lead-to-pipeline data flow.

Requirements

  • C1 English language proficiency.
  • 1 to 5 years of outbound SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS targeting the North American market.
  • Demonstrated 100% outbound track record with enterprise or mid-market accounts.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce as a daily working tool.
  • Experience with at least one sales engagement platform such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Curious, coachable, and data-disciplined, with comfort experimenting, measuring, and iterating.
  • Preferred: experience selling into or working in the events industry.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Apollo and Clay for prospecting and enrichment.
  • Preferred: experience building or contributing to an SDR playbook from scratch.
  • Preferred: background in a company with product-led growth or SaaS deal sizes ranging from $20K to $1M.
