Description

  • Outreach to prospective customers through cold calls, texts, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other channels.
  • Research target accounts and craft personalized outreach with the growth team.
  • Tie messaging to customer pain points such as creative fatigue, slow production cycles, and brand consistency at scale.
  • Develop creative methods, channels, and strategies to drive prospects to a Hightouch Ad Studio demo.
  • Build the outbound playbook from the ground up, including process, messaging, tooling, and strategy.
  • Execute against monthly goals and work toward assigned performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of experience engaging customers and prospects.
  • Self-starter who can build from zero in a high-growth startup.
  • Comfort operating without an established playbook and helping create one.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Interest in tech, ideally marketing, advertising, or data.
  • Experience with customer/prospect outreach (preferred).

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $100,000 annually.
  • Base salary of $70,000 annually.
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
  • Early exercise available.
  • 10-year post-termination exercise window.
