Description

  • Establish rapport and trust with prospective partners over the phone.
  • Identify, qualify, and set meetings with accounts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Generate interest in Huntress by communicating its value proposition across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and qualify net-new accounts and document findings in the CRM.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up promptly on opportunities.
  • Answer prospect questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and strong data hygiene across all interactions.
  • Improve cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management through training and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and management to support team performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ months of experience in a quota-carrying outbound B2B SaaS sales role.
  • Experience with outbound cold calling.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Comfort navigating multiple platforms and systems simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail when taking notes, setting appointments, and following processes.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and thoughtful communication.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
