Description

  • Own technical strategy for core CRM components, with a focus on data ingestion and processing for automation tools.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities by building new or existing integrations as business needs evolve.
  • Partner closely with Product to understand user pain points and deliver customer-centered solutions.
  • Architect reusable full stack components and services that support platform performance and scalability.
  • Champion security, test automation, and maintainability across the codebase.
  • Conduct deep-dive code reviews that improve engineering quality and standards.
  • Influence CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Work with leadership and engineering peers to translate technical decisions into product outcomes.
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding to accelerate development across the stack.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience building complex, web-based SaaS products.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
  • Experience with schema design and query optimization.
  • A track record of full ownership and accountability for projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with .NET, Node.js (TypeScript), and React is preferred.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a founding engineer or in an early-stage startup environment is preferred.
