Description

  • Extract, maintain, and validate data across multiple sources to ensure data quality.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and visualizations for product and business teams.
  • Analyze product funnels, retention, and user behavior to support product decisions.
  • Evaluate marketing performance across channels, campaigns, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular product and business metric reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Automate recurring reporting and data processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to translate business needs into analytical tasks.
  • Analyze partner network performance, assess product changes before and after release, and monitor payment-related issues and anomalies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data, Product, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive work from request through analysis to impact.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Python, including pandas, APIs, and automation scripts.
  • Experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery, ClickHouse, or Snowflake.
  • Knowledge of product metrics such as retention, funnels, and cohorts.
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROMI, and attribution.
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical evaluation.
