Description

  • Conduct exploratory analyses to identify user pain points, product usage insights, and conversion opportunities.
  • Build reusable and ad hoc data views in collaboration with product teams to influence strategy, design, and development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL or scripting languages.
  • Measure product launches and A/B experiments, and monitor system and product performance after deployment.
  • Validate analytics events and recommend improvements to strengthen product measurement.
  • Define data requirements with product managers and engineers for measuring new features.
  • Develop anomaly detection to identify behavioral shifts and potential production issues.
  • Analyze verification flows and identify automation opportunities with product and ML/AI teams.
  • Analyze user behavior across personas and evaluate internal performance in underwriting, sales, and funding.
  • Participate in agile processes from design through implementation and deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data or product analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; DBT experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Python and Git.
  • Strong background in experimentation and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise with product analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, business-acumen, organizational, and growth-oriented skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • CV must be submitted in English.
