Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems that connect them.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and continuously optimize for meetings booked, pipeline created, and other performance metrics.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tooling, serving as the team’s internal expert on emerging solutions and what to build on.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or a RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong funnel-oriented mindset with a habit of tracking pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to move quickly, keep solutions simple, and work proactively without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is a plus.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is a plus.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is a plus.
