Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for automated prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and continuously optimize systems for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and operationalize new AI and GTM tools as the team's resident expert.
  • Support the Sales team by ensuring they have the tooling and data needed to close deals.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with modern GTM tools and systems, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and measure performance metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Comfort shipping quickly, keeping systems simple, and working independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is a plus.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is a plus.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is a plus.
