Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the systems connecting them.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and optimize performance for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and related tools to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI and GTM tools quickly, serving as the team’s resident expert on emerging options.
  • Support the Sales team with the tooling and data needed to close opportunities.
  • Measure outbound performance using funnel and pipeline metrics, and continuously improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Strong focus on funnel metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to move quickly, keep systems simple, and work independently without waiting for permission.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.

  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.
