Description

  • Own key components of annual sales planning and forecasting processes for the business area.
  • Build data fluency, reporting, and analytical rigor to help leaders make better decisions.
  • Surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis and convert findings into clear recommendations.
  • Deliver timely reporting and insights for daily decisions, quarterly planning, and executive visibility.
  • Translate business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, BDR, FP&A, and Operations from problem definition through execution.
  • Support high-impact initiatives and ad hoc analyses that improve planning, measurement, and growth.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders across the GTM organization, including senior leadership.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems and help teams align on the right path forward.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, FP&A, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex datasets to uncover insights and influence decisions.
  • Experience building forecasting models, performance models, and scalable reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau and Hex.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses and models into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting effectively, documenting requirements clearly, and synthesizing user feedback.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience automating reporting, improving operational processes, or scaling analytical workflows.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Experience with sales enablement, GTM strategy, territory planning, or sales performance optimization (preferred).
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments or in technology, SaaS, or other recurring revenue businesses (preferred).
