Description

  • Support annual planning cycles by building and maintaining segmentation models, territory designs, and compensation plans.
  • Advise Sales VPs through regular business reviews and data-driven recommendations on pipeline generation and pipeline health.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Gong, and Omni to surface key metrics and trends.
  • Improve CRM workflows, data quality, and revenue tools to reduce friction and increase rep productivity.
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and territory data in Salesforce in line with segmentation strategy and rules of engagement.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and People teams to operationalize GTM planning initiatives and key decisions.
  • Translate business strategy into actionable coverage plans that align with the company’s go-to-market motion.
  • Work across time zones as needed in a remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Revenue/Sales Operations, or a related analytical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building models and reports that drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or RevOps tools such as Omni or Gong is a plus.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on clean data and accurate analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across functions and levels of the organization.

  • Base salary range of $95,200 to $148,750 USD, depending on geographic location and experience.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation (commission) for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, or the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program for other roles.
