Description

  • Own complex, non-standard deals end to end, including multi-product transactions and pricing exceptions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates on quoting, deal structure, and approval questions.
  • Apply commercial judgment on discount approvals and pricing exceptions in line with company policy and revenue objectives.
  • Build, maintain, and validate complex CPQ quotes with accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Own the Closed Won process, ensuring order accuracy, data integrity in Salesforce, and adherence to workflows.
  • Monitor and manage the Deal Desk case queue while meeting SLA standards during high-volume periods.
  • Deliver enablement sessions for Sales reps on Deal Desk processes, CPQ quoting, and best practices.
  • Participate in deal reviews and contribute insights to Sales leadership discussions.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms and pricing structures.
  • Contribute to SOPs and internal documentation, and propose process improvements.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close operations to ensure timely deal execution.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company.
  • Deep expertise in CPQ quoting, including complex quote builds, multi-product configurations, pricing logic, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user, with experience managing cases, accounts, opportunity data, and order records at high volume.
  • Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue without compromising quality, especially at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools such as Notion and Jira/Atlassian is a plus.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to balance sales velocity and deal integrity in complex situations.
  • Trusted advisor to Sales with clear guidance on deal structure and contract options.
  • Clear communicator who works effectively across Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • Strong knowledge-sharing mindset and willingness to upskill others.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
