Description

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing platforms, and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and follow-up workflows for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel to measure performance and continuously optimize for meetings booked and pipeline created.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, and Make to keep data clean and systems synchronized.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and operationalize new AI and GTM tools quickly as the team's resident expert.
  • Work closely with Sales and GTM stakeholders to ensure the right prospects receive the right messaging at the right time.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Fast-moving, simple, and self-directed work style with a bias for action.
  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company that also runs a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links are requested as part of the application.
