Description

  • Partner with business leaders as a strategic advisor on people strategy, organizational decisions, and complex people challenges.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support workforce planning and organizational changes.
  • Lead organizational design, business transformation, and team structure optimization initiatives.
  • Develop workforce plans, succession strategies, internal mobility initiatives, and talent development approaches.
  • Drive organizational change through communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
  • Analyze people data, engagement results, turnover trends, and business metrics to inform decisions and identify risks.
  • Oversee performance reviews, promotions, compensation planning, and talent calibration processes.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and improvement plans to strengthen retention and employee experience.
  • Coach managers and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management, conflict resolution, and development.
  • Lead employee relations cases, investigations, conflict resolution, and other sensitive people matters.
  • Manage and develop the People Business Partners team through prioritization, coaching, feedback, and development support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, and other People functions to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve People processes using technology, AI tools, and best HR practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a dynamic software development environment.
  • 2+ years of team management experience, preferably leading up to 5 people.
  • Proven experience partnering with directors, senior managers, and business leadership as a strategic advisor.
  • Proven experience collaborating with clients as a trusted people partner.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and organizational risk management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting workforce data and translating insights into business recommendations.
  • Experience driving employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and performance management processes.
  • Strategic understanding of modern HR technologies, AI tools, prompting, and workflow automation applied to People operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
  • Professional coaching certification, such as ICF, is a plus.
  • Experience supporting technology organizations through rapid growth or transformation is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of software development organizations, engineering team structures, and IT business models is a plus.
  • Experience implementing employee experience or organizational development initiatives from strategy through execution is a plus.
  • Experience working with HR analytics, organizational effectiveness frameworks, and modern People technologies is a plus.
