Description

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, VP of Delivery and Engineering, and Executive Team on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture.
  • Lead the multi-year People & Culture strategy and build scalable structures, systems, and operating models to support growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team and raise execution standards across the function.
  • Own talent strategy and operations across full-time employees and a sizable contract/nearshore delivery workforce.
  • Design a scalable workforce structure that incorporates both human talent and AI-enabled agents to support delivery capacity and flexibility.
  • Drive performance management, career frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Lead HR compliance across LATAM and the United States, partnering with legal and finance on labor law, contractor classification, immigration, and policy.
  • Own global compensation philosophy, salary banding, benefit structures, and recognition programs.
  • Operate and improve the People tech stack, including BambooHR, Coursera, and Jira, for HR service delivery and employee experience.
  • Design and run engagement, recognition, listening, and internal communications programs across a distributed workforce.

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America with full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR / People & Culture experience, including 5+ years leading a team.
  • Proven success leading People functions in professional services, IT services, or technology consulting environments.
  • Experience managing both full-time employees and contract or contingent workforces at scale.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. HR compliance, including federal and multi-state considerations, alongside LATAM labor frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS such as BambooHR, an LMS such as Coursera, and ticketing tools such as Jira for HR service delivery.
  • Track record of building culture and engagement in a distributed, multicultural, and multilingual environment.
  • Executive presence, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Strong focus on process optimization, digitization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience supporting M&A activity, nearshore delivery models, or deploying AI-powered HR tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
