Description

  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, freelancer platforms, and referrals.
  • Filter applicants for fit, red flags, and alignment with role scorecards.
  • Run test projects, review submissions, and conduct first-round group interviews.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and build always-hiring shortlists for recurring roles.
  • Monitor Glassdoor reviews, coordinate review drives, and protect employer brand reputation.
  • Deliver weekly hiring pipeline reports by channel and role, and track funnel KPIs.
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, performance, and development.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Provide workforce insights and recommendations to improve scaling, alignment, and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in remote or e-commerce organizations.
  • Proven success hiring across marketing, operations, Amazon, product, and leadership roles.
  • Experience running structured interviews, test projects, and group interviews.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and OnlineJobs.ph.
  • Comfort managing hiring workflows in Notion, ClickUp, or lightweight ATS tools.
  • Strong writing skills for job posts, outreach, and candidate communication.
  • Ability to manage 5-10 active roles at a time without process drop-off.
  • Experience defending brand reputation and responding to feedback, including Glassdoor.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Direct experience with contractor-centric or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated success building compliant, scalable people systems.
  • Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation.
