Description

  • Execute rotating daily tasks to monitor incoming and outgoing files and data synchronization across systems.
  • Validate system configurations and account structure updates for eligibility and accumulator requirements.
  • Monitor inbound files from external partners to identify configuration issues and create resolution tickets.
  • Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution by the appropriate resources.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Document processes and workflows to support operational consistency.
  • Train new team members and serve as a mentor on new processes.
  • Support member support and customer success teams with operational issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on system enhancements and workflow automation.
  • Troubleshoot claims adjudication processes, including eligibility, accumulators, reporting, and system syncing.
  • Support new partner integrations and client implementations.
  • Work with internal teams during onboarding and account maintenance to resolve key issues.
  • Maintain and create data partner connections when approved.
  • Contribute to projects beyond daily assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in other related industry experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • For internal applicants, 1+ year of tenure with SmithRx in active status is required.
  • For internal applicants, candidates must be in good standing with no active writeups, consistent attendance, and current performance that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to build reports, review and interpret reports, and send and receive data.
  • Familiarity with Looker, Datadog, Jira, Tableau, and/or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to run basic SQL queries is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, manage time, and solve issues.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced technology environment.
