Description

  • Monitor e-invoicing integration errors and investigate rejections from tax authorities.
  • Guide local teams in correcting invoices and resolving operational issues.
  • Analyze recurring problems and identify root causes to reduce manual effort.
  • Propose system and process improvements to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Track legislative changes in e-invoicing and adapt processes to stay compliant.
  • Support new-country rollout projects by reviewing requirements and assisting with UAT testing.
  • Provide final business sign-off for e-invoicing implementations and changes.
  • Act as an operational subject matter expert on invoice flows through tax authority systems.

Requirements

  • Background in Finance Operations, Accounting, AP/AR, Tax Technology, or Shared Services.
  • Hands-on experience with mandatory B2B e-invoicing in a country where it is required.
  • Experience with Italy (SdI) or Romania (RO e-Factura) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Clearance and Post-Audit e-invoicing models.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to work with hotels and internal teams across multiple contracts and agreements.
  • Ambitious, proactive, team-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • International mindset with the ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
  • Advanced English is required; additional languages are a plus.
