Description

  • Plan and execute marketing events including conferences, trade shows, partner events, hosted customer sessions, and virtual events.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, budgets, vendors, registrations, shipping, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to align event messaging, demos, and materials with go-to-market priorities.
  • Support lead capture, event reporting, and post-event enablement for Sales.
  • Support marketing and enablement efforts for strategic partners and marketplaces.
  • Coordinate partner webinars, joint events, and co-marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing assets such as one-pagers, presentations, marketplace listings, and enablement kits.
  • Help onboard new partners with clear messaging, positioning, and go-to-market materials.
  • Create and maintain a centralized library of event and partner enablement materials.
  • Track event and partner marketing performance, including attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, events, partner marketing, field marketing, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing in-person and/or virtual events.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar.
  • Experience supporting B2B or B2G marketing teams (preferred).
  • Exposure to partner or channel marketing programs (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government, defense, space, or aerospace markets (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Interest in growing into broader field marketing, partner marketing, or GTM roles (preferred).
  • Must be eligible to work from one of the listed U.S. states or the United Kingdom, depending on location.

Benefits

  • Remote role based in the U.S.
  • Salary range of $81,000 to $135,000.
  • Eligible U.S. candidates must reside in one of the listed approved states.
  • UK-based candidates may also be considered.
