Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop and maintain creative project timelines with clear goals and expectations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to establish creative analysis processes and KPI adherence.
  • Work with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic goals.
  • Implement project tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
  • Manage relationships and communication with external vendors while maintaining a healthy vendor roster.
  • Manage creative resources efficiently and effectively across multiple projects.
  • Maintain project documentation and file management.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail to ensure assets are error-free and optimized for each platform.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable for task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools is preferred.
  • Digital advertising expertise with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
