Description

  • Develop and execute a distributor strategy to expand Flexcompute’s market presence across Europe.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic distribution partners, including resellers and system integrators.
  • Train and enable distributors on Flexcompute’s simulation solutions and competitive positioning.
  • Define KPIs and manage performance metrics to drive distributor-led sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and lead negotiation efforts to optimize partnership terms.
  • Represent Flexcompute at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales within the automotive and aerospace simulation software sectors.
  • Experience in reseller channel management is highly desirable.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Genuine interest in cutting-edge simulation technology and its industrial applications.
  • Ability to communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with resellers and distributors.
  • Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay proactive.
  • Based in the EMEA region and open to remote work with occasional travel.
  • Experience working in or with engineering simulation software is preferred.
