Description

  • Own the field-level alliance motion with select strategic Embedded Partners across North America.
  • Build trust-based, day-to-day relationships with partner sellers, sales leaders, solution consultants, and specialist teams.
  • Activate the partner ecosystem to generate sourced pipeline and closed revenue across Global Payroll, EOR, and CM/COR.
  • Partner with Embedded GTM leadership, Embedded Sales, Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solutions Consulting, Product, and other stakeholders to drive awareness and demand.
  • Establish an operating cadence with partner GTM stakeholders, including regular check-ins, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and regional business rhythm moments.
  • Increase awareness of Remote’s hiring solutions through consistent messaging, internal advocacy, and coordinated campaigns.
  • Work with Sales Enablement and Partner Marketing to keep partner-facing collateral and enablement content current and effective.
  • Organize, sponsor, and attend partner and customer events and use them as a pipeline engine with pre-event targeting and post-event follow-up.
  • Source partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities from the partner field organization and system integrators.
  • Drive disciplined co-sell execution, including qualification, mutual action plans, stakeholder mapping, and escalation.
  • Maintain clear reporting on sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion, and relationship health.
  • Hire, onboard, build, and manage a team of Strategic Alliance Leads as coverage expands.

Requirements

  • Deep experience with strategic alliance partners and their ecosystem, including field org structure, selling motions, and key ecosystem partners.
  • Demonstrated experience driving partner-sourced and/or partner-influenced pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust quickly as a relationship builder.
  • Strong operating rigor with the ability to turn ambiguity into repeatable plans, cadences, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and orchestrate resources without relying on authority.
  • Experience building, hiring, and managing a high-performance team.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70%.
  • Location in the US or Canada for a remote role.
  • Experience with automation and AI capabilities in role requirements, as emphasized by Remote's hiring approach.
