Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on multi-site, enterprise, and strategic partnerships to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a geographically dispersed sales team with clear accountability for performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales team performance and growth through effective leadership and management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Field leadership to execute national programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to improve sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare KPIs, pipeline reports, sales forecasts, presentations, and executive updates for senior management.
  • Represent Sizanid Staffing at key customer meetings, industry events, and executive-level presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 6 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 10%.
  • Proven success leading global key account programs exceeding $100M in annual revenue.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to function as a positive agent of change and foster an engaging work environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work closely with leaders across all departments.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them successfully.
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is a plus.
