Description

  • Define where PerfectServe competes across segments, customer profiles, and solution areas.
  • Establish strategic tradeoffs that guide commercial investment and focus.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy, growth priorities, and commercial plays at a strategic level.
  • Define the ideal customer profile and segmentation strategy, including customer mix across segments, deal size, and lifecycle stage.
  • Identify, prioritize, and frame expansion opportunities in priority growth areas such as non-acute care, ambulatory, and ASCs.
  • Provide commercial perspective on strategic partnerships and assess their contribution to pipeline, expansion, and revenue.
  • Develop board- and executive-ready commercial narratives that synthesize pipeline, performance, and market dynamics.
  • Partner closely with the CRO to support prioritization, decision making, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Strategy, RevOps, and Finance to align commercial direction.
  • Use data, segmentation models, cohort analysis, forecasting, and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and decision making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market leadership, or management consulting.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or complex enterprise environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate at both executive strategy and field-adjacent levels.
  • Strong experience supporting executive leadership and board preparation.
  • Experience with segmentation, analytics, and commercial modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and creating structure quickly.
  • Ability to lead through influence and alignment.
  • Executive presence and an owner mindset.
