Description

  • Integrate merchants through customized APIs, OMS and e-commerce platforms including VTEX, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and internal teams to support successful implementations.
  • Own integration milestones, success criteria and timely delivery for bespoke customer requirements.
  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve customer technical inquiries, escalating issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Communicate integration status and milestone progress to client stakeholders while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Partner with Customer Success as the primary technical contact for assigned merchants.
  • Collaborate with Product, Risk, Marketing and Engineering to improve customer experiences and provide product feedback.
  • Document and share support best practices and become a subject matter expert.
  • Provide merchant training on the Signifyd Console and support onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • 6 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions.
  • Understanding of API terminology and technologies, including GET, POST, PUT, JSON, webhooks and listeners.
  • Experience with JSON, Python, APIs, PHP or other web, programming or scripting tools.
  • Proficiency with Looker, Postman, SQL and Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, develop action plans and guide peers toward key goals.
  • Excellent written communication, presentation and executive stakeholder communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
  • Experience or background in e-commerce, financial or payment systems, and fraud mitigation preferred.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for e-commerce or technology services and ability to respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
