Description

  • Own end-to-end service delivery relationships for large-scale enterprise accounts.
  • Coordinate engineering, product management, legal, and other teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead complex Pure implementations and migrations, including risk analysis and capacity planning.
  • Manage high-severity incidents and escalations, coordinating response teams and leadership communications.
  • Conduct executive operational reviews and roadmap discussions aligned with customer priorities.
  • Identify customer-inspired business solutions and opportunities that support retention.
  • Mentor junior Service Account Managers and develop internal best-practice content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant customer-facing experience supporting large accounts or related industry roles.
  • Professional experience in the technology or data-storage sector.
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience managing complex technical negotiations and escalations.
  • Expertise in technical risk analysis, capacity planning, and environment assessments.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple high-priority initiatives.
  • Ability to influence internal stakeholders and translate customer requirements into prioritized product features.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $97,000–$207,000 USD.
