Description

  • Lead expansion efforts across a named set of existing enterprise accounts by engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Participate in Value Engineering and Centres of Excellence activities within large accounts.
  • Identify business problems and work cross-functionally to develop and deliver solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in current accounts.
  • Generate new opportunities and close deals within existing accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement and demonstrate value realization and ROI through Executive Business Reviews and other channels.
  • Collaborate daily with Sales, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to create new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate account success blockers and critical customer issues.
  • Troubleshoot and debug client technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Review account performance periodically and identify internal and external improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS enterprise sales and/or account management experience with large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to create new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to develop CxO-level relationships.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives with customers.
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of SDK, HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand clients’ business goals, monetization strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and address issues before escalation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
