Description

  • Drive customer retention and identify upsell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Own account planning strategies that improve performance and customer experience.
  • Manage customer onsite visits and lead Quarterly Business Reviews to assess risk and opportunity.
  • Build relationships with strategic, leadership-level customer contacts.
  • Exceed quarterly renewal and net renewal targets.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer escalations and operational issues.
  • Coordinate with business users and procurement teams to ensure timely renewals.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operations.
  • Work directly with Sales, Technical Support, Operations, and Finance on account matters.
  • Mitigate customer risks and escalations with urgency while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management providing tech solutions to large enterprises.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships, including closing renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Experience managing a high volume of accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience owning and exceeding quota.
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate a strong value proposition.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accountability.
  • Self-starter who can set and manage priorities.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.
  • Ability to proactively drive accounts and resolve customer escalations with minimal oversight.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
