Description

  • Identify, pitch, and build new supplier relationships for Agoda in the B2B and wholesale market.
  • Introduce and explain the strategic benefits of Agoda’s new B2B solution product.
  • Grow bookings, revenues, and gross profit for assigned hotel partners.
  • Use data to develop business solutions and improve accommodation availability, content competitiveness, and partner growth.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and identify actions to optimize performance.
  • Prioritize, negotiate, contract, and onboard non-participatory hotels on favorable terms.
  • Formulate project ideas and implement new approaches where opportunities exist.
  • Research and troubleshoot rate and availability issues, including connectivity, rate mapping, and extranet management problems.
  • Prepare pitch presentations and supporting materials.
  • Manage regular weekly and monthly supplier and internal reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or a supply/e-commerce role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions for unique negotiation challenges.
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a professional "get it done" attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Strong prioritization and planning skills with the ability to make trade-offs.
  • Curiosity to learn, willingness to try new approaches, and comfort with two-way feedback.
  • Ability to adapt well to change and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • B2B and wholesale market experience preferred.
  • Experience in the hotel or travel industry, especially OTA channels, preferred but not required.
