Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of around 100 mid-market customer accounts.
  • Develop account growth strategies and prioritize the portfolio through tiering and account mapping.
  • Work with Client Success Partners and internal experts to gather client insights and support upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead account reviews, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Write complex business proposals and conduct business negotiations.
  • Track activity and report performance accurately to support forecasting.
  • Prepare, anticipate, and secure client contract renewals.
  • Define and execute action plans to generate upsells and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full business relationship with assigned clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related role with revenue responsibility.
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment requiring agility and responsiveness.
  • Strong active listening skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent French and excellent English proficiency (B2+).
  • Enthusiasm for 360Learning’s culture and working style.
  • Experience with a portfolio of clients (required).
  • Ability to work full remote anywhere in France.
  • Ability to complete the interview process, including phone screen, case study, and multiple stakeholder meetings.
